This policy explains what enigmel.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain English and describes how the site actually works today. If the site changes, this page changes with it.

Who we are

ENIGMEL, LLC provides on-site movement, dance and community wellness programming for senior living communities, residential buildings, schools and community organizations. You can reach us at melissa.romero@enigmel.com.

What we collect

One form on this site collects information: the form on the Book a Call page. It asks for your name, your community or organization, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in the open question. Nothing else is required, and we do not ask for payment details.

We also receive the ordinary technical information any website receives, such as the pages visited and the type of browser used.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, arrange a consultation call, and if it is a fit, plan a demo class for your community. That is the only reason.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored by Squarespace, which hosts this site, and are emailed to ENIGMEL. Squarespace processes this information on our behalf. Nobody else receives it.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or other companies. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while they are useful to the conversation, and we delete them on request. To have yours deleted, email melissa.romero@enigmel.com and say so. No explanation needed.

Cookies

Squarespace sets a small number of cookies required for the site to function. If we add website analytics later, we will say so here and the site will ask for your agreement first.

Children

This site is for the adults who run communities, schools and programs. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. No student information is collected through this website; student records in our school programs are handled under the agreements we sign with each school district, not here.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email melissa.romero@enigmel.com and we will handle it.
