For senior living & active adult communities

Movement, music, and connection —

fully staffed and fully equipped.

ENIGMEL delivers turnkey wellness programming for senior living and active adult communities across Prince George's County, Montgomery County, DC, and Northern Virginia: adaptive fitness, social dance, and year-round virtual engagement. We bring the instructors, the equipment, and the programming — your team adds nothing but the room.

Why a corrective exercise specialist

Fall prevention, delivered by

someone trained to deliver it.

Most senior fitness classes are group fitness with the volume turned down. Ours are programmed by a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. Corrective exercise is the discipline of assessing how a body actually moves — where it compensates, where it's unstable — and programming to fix it. In practice, that means balance, gait, and mobility work built for the people in the room, not adapted on the fly from a class designed for someone else.

Balance, gait, and mobility are fall prevention. Falls are the most expensive thing that happens in senior living — to residents, to families, and to your census. That's the problem this program is designed around.

Mel Romero, founder: NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES).

Programs

Three pillars. Every mobility level.

Adaptive Fitness

Strength, balance, and flexibility work that scales to every mobility level in the room — seated, standing with support, and fully mobile, in the same session.

  • Seated & standing strength

  • Balance and stability focus

  • Stretch, mobility & range of motion

  • Low-impact cardio & walking clubs

Dance & Rhythm

Music-led sessions that get residents moving, laughing, and talking to each other. No experience needed. Bilingual instruction available.

  • Latin & ballroom social dance

  • Seated & chair dance

  • Decades & theme dance socials

  • Rhythm-based cognitive movement

Virtual Engagement

Community that continues between classes — and reaches residents who can't make it to the room.

  • Monthly resident newsletter

  • Wellness challenges & milestones

  • Scheduled online check-ins

  • Family-shareable recaps

Start with your community, not our list

Those three pillars are a vocabulary.

Your sweet spot is the work.

Every community's sweet spot is different. In one building it's a 10 a.m. seated strength class that fills the activity room every Tuesday. In another it's a Thursday dance social that residents bring their neighbors to. In a memory care neighborhood it's rhythm and music before anything else. We don't know which one is yours yet — and neither, honestly, do you until residents vote with their feet.

So don't pick from the pillars. Tell us about your residents, your spaces, and the calendar you're trying to fill. We'll co-create the program with your life enrichment team, run the demo, and build the schedule around what actually worked.

Included in every program

All basic equipment

Resistance bands, light hand weights, stability tools, and props — supplied and maintained by ENIGMEL at no additional cost.

Experienced instructors

Trained to read the room and adapt every session in real time to who shows up that day.

Flexible scheduling

Weekly, biweekly, or one-off sessions — mornings, afternoons, and special events.

Promotion & reporting

Resident-facing flyers and digital assets, plus attendance summaries for your team.

Falling and isolating are the two fastest routes out of independent living — and both answer to the same thing: regular movement, in good company. That is exactly what we put on your calendar, every single week.
